31 October 2008 JJB Sports plc "JJB" or the "Company" Voting Rights and Capital In conformity with the Transparency Directive 5.6 we would like to notify the market of the following: The issued capital of JJB Sports plc consists of 250,831,860 ordinary shares of 5p each. Of this, 661,327 ordinary shares are held in Treasury with no voting rights. Total voting rights are therefore 250,170,533. The above figure of 250,170,533 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, JJB Sports plc under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
