DIVIDEND DECLARATION

The Board of Jarvis announces that it is declaring a fourth quarterly interim dividend of 6.75 pence per share, to be paid on 7 December 2017 to shareholders on the register on 17 November 2017 and the shares will become ex-dividend on 16 November 2017.

DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT PLAN

A Dividend Reinvestment Plan is being offered and the final date for elections for reinvestment of the third quarterly interim dividend is 23 November 2017. Any shareholder requiring further information should contact the Company.
