Following this transaction, Mr Crabb's total interest in the Company is 1,964 Shares, representing approximately 0.02% of the Company's voting rights.

The Company has received notification that on the same day, Jolyon Head, Finance Director of the Company, purchased 1,732 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Shares") for his SIPP at a price of 172.0p per share.
