Directors' Interests

On 18 March 2016 the Company was informed that, on that day, Mr Jolyon Head, a director of the Company, acquired 654 Ordinary Shares at a price of 340.8p per share.

The shareholders and their subsequent shareholdings following the transaction are detailed below:

* Annabel Head, Oliver Head and Reuben Head are children of Mr Head and Shona Head is the spouse of Mr Head and under Aim Rules are deemed to be family for the purposes of calculating his holding in the Company.

Following the transaction, Mr Head now has an interest in 25,984 shares, representing 0.24% of the Company's issued share capital.

On 18 March 2016 the Company was also informed that, on that day, Mr Nicolas Crabb, a director of the Company, acquired 500 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company at a price of 340.8p per share.

Following the transaction, Mr Crabb now holds 7,500 shares, representing 0.06% of the Company's issued share capital.
