Appointment of Finance Director
Jarvis is pleased to announce the appointment of Jolyon Christopher Head (aged 36) as its new Finance Director. Jolyon has previously worked as Finance Manager of the Company since January 2011. Jolyon is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland and has 11 years experience in the Financial Services Industry. After qualifying in Ernst & Young's Capital Markets division Jolyon joined UBS Investment Bank, working as a Financial Controller. After 3 years Jolyon moved to Fidelity Investments heading the group finance team, with responsibility for the statutory and regulatory reporting of Fidelity's multiple legal entities.
There is no further information to be disclosed under Rule 17 and Schedule Two, paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules.
