JPMorgan Indian Investment Trust plc purchased 20,000 ordinary shares into Treasury at 917.50 pence per share.
Following the transaction, the Company holds 28,391,877 ordinary shares in Treasury. The shares in issue less the total number of Treasury shares is 71,081,974. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
