Declaration of Dividend

The Directors of JPMorgan Income & Growth Investment Trust plc have declared that a fourth interim dividend of 1.20p per Income share for the year ended 31st January 2016 will be paid on 24th March 2016 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 26th February 2016, having an ex-dividend date of 25th February 2016.

This brings the total dividends declared for the year to 31st January 2016 to 4.80p per Income Share.
