James Halstead plc (AIM: JHD) announces that on 24 January 2025, Michael James Halstead, a Non-Executive Director and PDMR of the Company, informed the Company that on the 24 January 2025; (1) Michael James Halstead had transferred 11,314 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his nominee account; (2) Katherine Clare Halstead (PCA to Michael James Halsted) received 11,314 Ordinary Shares into a personal ISA.
