In conformity with the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules, the Company hereby notifies the market of the following:

As at 31st August 2025,the Company's issued share capital consisted of 297,289,438 Ordinary 1 pence shares. The Company held 28,059,886 Ordinary shares in Treasury.

Therefore, as at 31st August 2025, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in the Company was 269,229,552.

The above figure (269,229,552) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
