Directorate Change - Appointment of new non-executive director

 

The Board of Jersey Electricity plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Aaron Le Cornu as a non-executive Director, to take effect from 1st January, 2011.

Aaron, 40, is the Ogier Group Finance Director and previously held a number of senior positions with HSBC Group and was a member of its Business Talent Pool. He is a Chartered Accountant.

There are no disclosures required to be made in respect of Rule 9.6.13 of the FSA's Listing Rules.
