In compliance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, the Company announces that Mr Christopher Ambler, Chief Executive, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Apax Global Alpha Limited whose ordinary shares were admitted to trading on the premium segment of the Official List of the UK Listing Authority and the main market of the London Stock Exchange this morning.
