The Directors of JPMorgan European Growth & Income plc have declared the following dividend:

A second interim dividend of 1.20 pence per ordinary share, for the year ending 31st March 2026, will be paid on 31st October 2025 to shareholders on the register at the close of business on 19th September 2025. The ex-dividend date will be 18th September 2025.

The Company offers the option for shareholders to invest their dividend in a Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP"). For details on the DRIP, please contact the Company's Registrar, Computershare.

The last day for DRIP election is 10th October 2025.
