Just Eat (LSE: JE), a leading global marketplace for online food delivery, announces that its Chief Financial Officer, Paul Harrison, was today granted the following share awards over ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Shares") under the Company's Performance Share Plan:

These awards form part of Paul's recruitment arrangements following his appointment as Group Chief Financial Officer in September 2016 and will generally vest three years from the date of grant, subject to the satisfaction of certain performance conditions and a subsequent two year holding period.
