In accordance with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (DTR 5.6), Wetherspoon makes the following disclosure with respect of its share capital and voting rights.

On 29th April 2025, Wetherspoon cancelled ordinary shares previously purchased by it on the following dates and subsequently notified to the market.

Wetherspoon does not hold any ordinary shares in Treasury and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company is 116,400,709.

Shareholders may use the above figure of 116,400,709 shares as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest, or a change to their interest,Ā in Wetherspoon underĀ the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
