Revised results date
JD Wetherspoon plc announces that the results for the year ended 26 July 2020 will now be released on 16 October 2020, not 9 October 2020 as previously disclosed. This revised date will allow the company and the auditors to complete their work.
There are no matters in connection with the delay in completing the audit, which, in the view of the Board, need to be brought to the attention of shareholders.
