The Company was informed on 15 December 2015 that on 15 December 2015, Nigel Connor, a PDMR of JD Wetherspoon plc, sold 1,573 of the Company's ordinary shares at a price of 760.1p per share.
Following the above transaction, Nigel Connor now holds the following:
