Further to the announcement of 4th May 2022, the Company confirms that Su Cacioppo retired from her role as Personnel and Legal Director on 7th October 2022.

Su Cacioppo will continue to provide part-time consultancy services to the company for an initial period of 12 months.

As set out in the 2022 Director's Remuneration Report, a discretionary bonus award under the Deferred Bonus Scheme was made to the Company's senior management, including executive directors.

This resulted in a post termination award of 25% of salary to Su Cacioppo on 4th November which totalled £89,595.25 subject to tax and NI deductions.

The award will be made in three equal annual tranches, commencing on the award date of 4th November. The tranches can be taken as a cash award or equivalent value in shares.
