JARDINEĀ STRATEGICĀ HOLDINGS LIMITED ("JSH") ADDITIONAL LISTING OF SHARES UNDER THE SCRIP DIVIDEND SCHEMEJSH announcesĀ that application has been made forĀ anĀ additional listing ofĀ 15Ā JSHĀ ordinary shares at US$0.05 each to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official ListĀ ("Admission"). It is expected thatĀ Admission will become effective on 12th June 2009. TheĀ additionalĀ 15Ā ordinary sharesĀ were allottedĀ at a scrip price of US$10.8482Ā per share on the Jersey Branch Register pursuant to the scrip dividend scheme of JSH in respect of its 2008 Final Dividend paid on 13th May 2009. TheĀ shares rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of JSH.Ā The total issued share capital of JSH following this issue isĀ 1,103,903,353Ā shares.
