Director/PDMR Shareholding

Judges Scientific plc has been notified that David Cicurel, a Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, has today gifted 50,000 Ordinary Shares of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") for nil consideration to his wife Alejandra Cicurel and sold 572 Ordinary Shares to his ISA at 2070p each. Also today, Alejandra Cicurel sold 572 Ordinary Shares to her ISA at 2070p each. David Cicurel's beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 916,422 Ordinary Shares. In addition, he holds options over 1,775 Ordinary Shares under the Company's Share Option Plans.
