Directors' Interests and Grants of Options

The Company announces that it has today granted options over an aggregate of 17,875 new Ordinary Shares of 5p each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), under the Company's Approved Plan. These are all exercisable between three and ten years from the date of grant at an exercise price of £16.90 per share.

Included in these figures are options awarded to directors as follows:

David Cicurel (Chief Executive Officer): options over 1,775 Ordinary Shares;

David Barnbrook (Chief Operating Officer): options over 1,775 Ordinary Shares. He already holds options over 26,550 new Ordinary Shares under the Company's Unapproved Plan;

Ralph Cohen (Finance Director): options over 1,775 Ordinary Shares. He already holds options over 43,100 new Ordinary Shares under the Company's Unapproved Plan.
