JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets Limited ("JARA" or "the Company") notes that the long stop date of 11th March 2021 as set out in the Prospectus dated 10th November 2020 has now been reached and following consultation with its advisers, the Manager and Directors, it has been decided to allow the offer for subscription and intermediaries offer to lapse.

The Company will continue to place shares to certain institutional investors under the Share Issuance Programme in the Prospectus, subject to the limitations and conditions set out in Part V (Issue Arrangements) and Part IX (Terms and Conditions of any Placing) in the Prospectus being met.

As highlighted in the 3rd February 2021 Capital Call and C Share Capital Raise Update announcement, it is expected that the C share will be progressed before the summer.
