First Quarterly Interim Dividend in respect of the year ending 29th February 2024

The Directors have declared a first quarterly interim dividend of 1.05 pence per share in respect of the Company's financial year ending 29th February 2024, to be paid on 31st May 2023 to shareholders on the register as at the close of business on 5th May 2023. The ex-dividend date will be 4th May 2023.

The Board expects to pay a quarterly dividend for each of the remaining three quarters of the financial year ending 29th February 2024 of not less than 1.05 pence per share. The total dividend for the year is therefore expected to be not less than 4.20 pence per share, representing an increase of 3.7% on the total dividend of 4.05 pence per share for the financial year ended 28th February 2023.

Income remains robust across the portfolio and the Board will continue to review the level of the dividend in relation to the growth of the income from the underlying strategies.
