JPMorgan Global Core Real Assets Limited ("JARA" or the "Company") announces that with effect from 3 July 2023 it will be invested in the hedged vehicle of its Infrastructure allocation. In addition to this it has made a further £2.4m allocation into Infrastructure which will also be invested as of 3 July 2023.
The Company aims to provide holders of the Ordinary Shares with a stable income and capital appreciation from a global diversified portfolio of Core Real Assets. The reallocation of the existing unhedged investment in Infrastructure to the hedged vehicle is intended to reduce the currency-related volatility in returns from the private infrastructure allocation. As a result of the change, based on portfolio weightings as of 31 May 2023, the Company will have 19% of its NAV exposed to GBP, with reduced exposure to EUR of 2% and to USD of 58%. The Company will consider additional actions to reduce currency-related NAV volatility as appropriate.
The table below shows the currency exposure as at 31 May 2023 and the effect of the change in the exposure to Infrastructure had the Company been invested in the hedged vehicle at that date. The Company will provide updates on FX exposure in its monthly and quarterly NAV announcements.

The Company aims to provide holders of the Ordinary Shares with a stable income and capital appreciation, measured on a constant currency basis, through exposure to a globally diversified portfolio of Core Real Assets in accordance with the Company's investment policy. The Company obtains exposure to Core Real Assets through various real asset strategies, namely: Global Infrastructure, Global Real Estate, Global Transport and Global Liquid Real Assets. J.P. Morgan's Alternative Solutions Group has the primary responsibility for managing the Company's portfolio.
