NOTIFICATION OF MAJOR INTEREST IN SHARES 

Following recent market repurchases by JMH of its ordinary shares and the completion of the cancellation in due course by JMH of the relevant repurchased shares, JMH was notified on 20th January 2022 by 1947 Trustee Limited, in its capacity as the trustee of a trust created in 1947, that its interest in JMH had increased from 4.97% to 5.01% of the voting rights.
