Result of General Meeting
Further to the announcement on 23 September 2013 in relation to the proposed acquisition of IXICO Limited, the Company is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed were duly passed at the General Meeting held earlier today.
Dealings in the enlarged group will commence on 15 October 2013 under the name of IXICO Plc with the TIDM (ticker symbol) "IXI". A copy of the admission document and relevant information provided under AIM Rule 26 will be available from the Company's website at www.ixico.com.
