Posting of Circular and Notice of General Meeting
Revolymer (AIM: REVO), announces that, further to the announcements of 20 June 2016 and 21 June 2016 in relation to, inter alia, the Placing, it has today posted the Circular and forms of proxy to Shareholders.
The Circular contains Notice of the General Meeting, which is to be held at the offices of Fieldfisher LLP at Riverbank House, 2 Swan Lane, London EC4R 3TT at 11:00 a.m. on 8 July 2016.
A copy of the Circular will also be available shortly on the Company's website shortly at www.revolymer.com.
Defined terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as set out in the Placing announcement issued by the Company on 20 June 2016.
