Itaconix (AIM: ITX) (OTCQB: ITXXF), a leading innovator in sustainable plant-based polymers used to decarbonise everyday consumer products, announces that Peter Nieuwenhuizen, Non-Executive Chair of the Company, purchased 3,045 ordinary shares in the Company on 14 December 2023 at 114.9p per ordinary share.
Following this purchase, Peter Nieuwenhuizen holds 25,457 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.2% per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
