Board Changes

Itaconix, a leading designer and manufacturer of specialty polymers, confirms that further to the announcement on 12 July 2018 and following Admission, John Shaw has been appointed to the board of Itaconix as Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect.

As previously announced, John Shaw replaces Dr. Kevin Matthews, who has become Executive Chairman, a position he will hold until the end of 2018. Bryan Dobson, who has acted as Non-executive Chairman becomes a Non-executive Director of the Company.

Regulatory disclosures

In accordance with Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules, John Roger Shaw (aged 58) holds or has held in the past 5 years the following directorships and partnerships:

John Shaw holds 33,173,097 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 12.3% of the Company's total issued share capital.

Save for the disclosures above, there are no further disclosures to be made in accordance with Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.

Defined terms used in this announcement have the same meaning as those terms defined and used in the circular published in connection with the Fundraising, dated 13 July 2018.
