Application has been made to The UK Listing Authority and The London Stock Exchange to list 6,500,000 Ordinary shares of 10 pence each to trade on The London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to The Official List. The shares rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company.

The listing consists of 6,500,000 Ordinary shares issued to and held by the ITV Employees' Benefit Trust to be used to satisfy awards vesting under the ITV plc Performance Share Plan.
