Total Voting Rights/Holdings in Company
In conformity with 5.6.1 of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the Company notifies the market of the following:
The issued share capital consists of 122,753,581 ordinary shares of 5p each with voting rights. No ordinary shares are held in treasury.
The above figure of 122,753,581 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interests in the Company under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The Company also announces that it received notification on 30 April 2013 that John Lloyd has disposed of a total of 600,000 ordinary shares in the Company. Following the disposal, John Lloyd now holds 7,187,110 ordinary shares representing 5.85 per cent. of the total voting rights of the Company.
