ITM Power, the energy storage and clean fuel company, was informed on 15 April 2011 that Dr Graham Cooley, Chief Executive Officer of ITM Power, acquired 17,391 Ordinary Shares in ITM Power at a price of 57.5p per share. Following this purchase, Dr Cooley has an interest in 229,649 Ordinary Shares representing 0.21% of the Company's issued share capital.
