Block Admission Application
ITM Power plc (AIM: ITM), the energy storage and clean fuel company, announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the block admission of a total of 4,925,837 Ordinary Shares of 5p pence each to be admitted to trading on AIM. These shares may be issued pursuant to the share option scheme detailed below:

All shares expected to be admitted pursuant to the above applications shall rank pari passu with the existing issued shares of the Company. It is expected that admission will become effective on 21 April 2011
