20 June 2007 ITM Power Plc ("the Company") Additional Listing/Voting Rights
ITM Power Plc announces today that 140,000 new Ordinary Shares of 5p each ("New Ordinary Shares") have been issued and allotted following an exercise of options in the Company.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari passu with the existing shares in issue, to be admitted to trading on AIM, and admission is expected to become effective on 26 June 2007.
Following the issue of these new ordinary shares the total number of ordinary shares in issue will be 102,098,735.
