ITIS Holdings PLC27 June 2007 ITIS LICENCES TRAFFIC TECHNOLOGIES FOR NATIONAL ROLL OUT IN BELGIUM ITIS Holdings plc (ITIS) is pleased to announce that Be-Mobile, a recentlyformed Joint Venture between Touring, Belgium's largest touring club androadside assistance company, and TC-Matix, has signed a 3 year exclusivelicensing agreement to use ITIS road traffic collection and distributiontechnologies in Belgium. ITIS will receive an upfront licence fee and royaltypayments on future revenues. This agreement follows the successful pilot of the ITIS Cellular FloatingVehicle Data (CFVDTM) technology in Antwerp, which was undertaken using datafrom the Proximus network, the largest mobile operator in Belgium. Be-mobilewill now expand on the Antwerp system to launch a nationwide deployment of CFVDTM using data from the Proximus network. The cellular data will also be mergedwith GPS Floating Vehicle Data (GFVDTM) to provide high quality flow data acrossthe whole of Belgium. ITIS is a leading provider of real time and historic traffic information andoperates the world's most commercially successful Floating Vehicle Data (FVD(R))system. ITIS will work closely with Be-Mobile to deliver commercially provenapplications such as IVR telephone services and RDS-TMC. Be-Mobile's vision is to become the market leader for real-time trafficinformation in Belgium, providing services such as internet web maps, telephoneinformation services and broadcast services including RDS-TMC for in-carsatellite and other navigation systems. It will also provide historic trafficinformation to government and road builders to help planning for futureimprovements to the road network.
