Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them
Inmarsat plc announces that on 6 June 2017, the Company granted options ("Options") over 486,398 new ordinary shares of Euro 0.0005 each pursuant to the 2017 Award under the Inmarsat plc 2014 Sharesave Plan. Of these Options, 1,489 were granted to each of the Executive Directors of the Company.
The Options are exercisable at 6.042 pence per ordinary share, being 20 per cent less than the closing mid-market price of an ordinary share derived from the Official List of the London Stock Exchange on 8 May 2017. The Options will mature on 1 August 2020 and are exercisable for a period of six months. The options will lapse if not exercised.
