TRADING UPDATE
Interserve, the international support services and construction group, issues a trading update ahead of today's Annual General Meeting.
· Good work winning in the year to date has further improved visibility for 2015 and beyond
· Mobilisation of Ministry of Justice's Transforming Rehabilitation on plan
· ESG integration complete and rebranded Interserve Learning and Development.
Chief Executive Adrian Ringrose commented:
"We have had a good start to the year, securing a number of significant new contracts which further strengthen our future workload. Our main international markets in the Middle East are improving whilst UK construction margins remain tight. Expectations of the Group's performance continue to be in line with the Board's guidance."
The next update will be in early July in advance of Interserve's Half Year results on 12 August.
