TRADING UPDATE

Interserve Plc, the international support services and construction group, today provides an update on trading ahead of issuing half-year results on the 6th August.

Since our Interim Management Statement on 13th May, the Group has continued to perform strongly and we continue to be encouraged by further development of our substantial future workload.

The integration of our expanded UK Support Services business is progressing well and as planned.

Following the successful completion of our US$350m issue of US Private Placement loan notes in June, we remain well placed to continue to invest in our growth strategy.
