Interserve Plc (the "Company") Total Voting Rights and Capital In accordance with DTR 5.6.1A, the Company hereby notifies the market that thetotal number of voting rights and capital in the Company as at the date of thisannouncement is 142,004,586 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each. This is anincrease of 12,897,771 shares since the previous disclosure made on 31 January2014 resulting from the equity placing of shares to fund, in part, theCompany's proposed acquisition of the facilities services business of RentokilInitial plc. The above figure of 142,004,586 shares may be used by shareholders as thedenominator for notifications of voting control over the Company's shares.The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each in treasury andhas no other category of share in issue.
