INTERSERVE APPOINTS TIM HAYWOOD AS GROUP FINANCE DIRECTOR
Interserve, the international services, maintenance and building group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tim Haywood to the Board as Group Finance Director.
Tim has significant operational and strategic experience in financial markets and internal controls. He has been Finance Director of St. Modwen Properties PLC since 2003, prior to which he was Group Finance Director at Hagemeyer UK Ltd and before that held senior Finance Director and Financial Controller positions in Williams Holdings Plc. Tim is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.
Adrian Ringrose, Chief Executive, comments, "We are delighted to welcome Tim to Interserve. His background and experience will be extremely valuable to the Board as we continue the Group's long-term growth."
A joining date for Tim has yet to be finalised. Tim Jones, the current Group Finance Director, will be leaving the Board on 15 October to take up his new position; in the interim his duties will be undertaken by Ben Badcock, the Group Financial Controller.
The Company confirms that there is no further information about Tim Haywood requiring disclosure under Listing rule 9.6.13 (2) to (6).
