Interserve Plc (the "Company")
An application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 500,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List, pursuant to the Company's obligations under the Interserve Sharesave Scheme 2009 (the "Sharesave Scheme").
Participants in the Sharesave Scheme will become entitled to these shares following the exercise of their share options. When issued, these shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company. It is expected that the block listing will become effective on 23 September 2009.
