Ironveld plc ("Ironveld" or the "Company"), the AIM quoted mining development company (AIM: IRON), announces that Martin Eales, the Company's Chief Executive Officer, will be presenting at an investor webinar on Wednesday, 24 May 2023 at 17:30 BST.

The live webinar, which will be hosted by the Company's Joint Broker, Turner Pope Investments, is open to existing and prospective investors. There will be a Q&A session for investors after the presentation and questions can be submitted pre-event as part of the registration process.

The purpose of the webinar is to bring together recent progress reports from both the Company's mine site and its smelter operation, as it moves to planned full production Q3 2023.

Ironveld (IRON.LN) is the owner of Mining Rights over approximately 28 kilometres of outcropping Bushveld magnetite with a SAMREC compliant ore resource of some 56 million tons of ore grading 1,12% V2O5, 68,6% Fe2O3 and 14,7% TiO2.

In 2022 Ironveld agreed to acquire and refurbish a smelter facility in Rustenburg, South Africa, in which it can process its magnetite ore into the marketable products of high purity iron, titanium slag and vanadium slag. This transaction became unconditional in March 2023.
