Ubisense Group plc ("Ubisense" or "the Company") (AIM: UBI) announces that it received notification on 7 October 2011 that Richard Green, CEO of the Company, purchased 75,000 ordinary shares of 2p each ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 192.9p per share.
Richard's resultant interest in Ordinary Shares in the Company is now 1,518,011 ordinary shares, representing approximately 7.0% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
