IQGeo Group plc (AIM: IQG), a leading developer of geospatial software for the telecommunications and utility industries, announces the following changes to the holdings of the Directors of the Company following the announcement of the result of the Tender Offer on 2 August 2019.

* Mr Scott is a partner of, and holds a beneficial interest in, Kestrel Partners LLP which has discretionary control over the number of shares disclosed by Mr Scott's name in the table above. Mr Scott is also a shareholder in Kestrel Opportunities, one of the discretionary clients of Kestrel Partners LLP, and is therefore deemed to have an indirect beneficial interest in Kestrel Opportunities' entire legal holding in the Company, which prior to the Tender Offer comprised 15,082,597 Ordinary Shares and after the Tender Offer comprises 9,267,659 Ordinary Shares.
