Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) Award - Correction

IQE plc (AIM: IQE, "IQE" or the "Group"), the leading global supplier of compound semiconductor wafer products and advanced material solutions, announces that it has come to the Group's attention that there was a clerical error with the 'Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) Award' announcement released on 29 November 2023 under RNS Number: 0970V which incorrectly stated the number of share options awarded. The correct number of share options awarded to the Chief Executive Officer is 5,750,000. All other details in the announcement are correct.

IQE's Annual Report for the 2023 financial year, released on 24 May 2024 and available on IQE's website, includes the correct award details.
