Flying Brands Limited (the "Company")

Update

In its announcement of the sale of Retreat Farm on 7 November 2014, the Company said that it would take a further short period of time to consider the best options for the use of the net proceeds of the sale and for the Company and would make a further announcement before the end of the year.

Since then the Company has had discussions with a number of third parties. The board believes it is appropriate to extend those discussions and will make a further announcement early in the New Year.
