Board Changes

IQ-AI Limited (LSE: IQAI; OTCQB: IQAIF) announces that Brett Skelly has been appointed as a non-executive Director of the Company with immediate effect.

Brett has been working in the financial sector for GBAC Limited for over 16 years, carrying out various roles, including preparing accounts and auditing a wide range of large and SME companies, as well as preparing management information and forecasts. He has been involved in developing business plans and also been involved in a number of company sales and MBO's over the years.

In December 2017, Brett became the outsourced financial controller of AIM listed Braveheart Investment Group Plc and is also the outsourced financial controller at Anticus Partners Limited.

IQ-AI also announces that Qu Li has resigned as a non-executive Director of the Company to pursue her other business interests. The Directors of the Company would like to thank Qu Li for her contribution to the Company's recent development.
