The Directors of Impax Asset Management Group plc ("Impax" or the "Company") announce that copies of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2023 including notice of the Company's AGM have been posted to shareholders.

The Company's AGM will be held at the Company's offices, 7th floor, 30 Panton Street, London SW1Y 4AJ at 3.00 pm on 12 March 2024.
