Impax Asset Management Group plc (the "Company") announces that it has received notification of the following transactions in ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") by persons discharging managerial responsibilities.
Ian Simm, Chief Executive, sold 20,000 ordinary shares and Charlie Ridge, Chief Financial Officer, also sold 20,000 ordinary shares at an average price of 1339p partly to satisfy tax liabilities arising from the vesting of share awards.
