Appointment and Resignation of Non-Executive Directors

Impax Asset Management Group plc (the "Company" or "Impax"), the AIM quoted specialist investor focused on a more sustainable global economy, today announces the appointment of Arnaud Jacques Marie Gilbert de Beauchef de Servigny as non-executive director with immediate effect. Guy de Froment, who has served on the Board since January 2008, is stepping down as a non-executive director with effect from today in order to fulfil other commitments. Guy was previously vice chairman of BNP Paribas Asset Management and joint CEO responsible for sales and marketing.

Mr de Servigny, age 54, is non-executive director of BNP Paribas Asset Management France and prior to that worked at Deutsche Bank, Barclays Wealth and Standard & Poor's. He will sit on the Company's Audit & Risk and Remuneration Committees.

During the last five years immediately preceding the date of this announcement, Mr de Servigny held the following directorships:

· BNP Paribas Asset Management France

· Fondation Pour l'Ecole

· Bramham Gardens Investments Limited

· Bramham Gardens SARL

· Camgestion - directorship ceased in 2017

There is no further information required to be disclosed pursuant to paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
