Notification of contract win
Impax Group plc, the AIM listed investment manager focused on the environmental sector, announces that it has been awarded a mandate by a European institutional investor to invest in listed equities in the environmental sector. The mandate (won in partnership with BNP Paribas Investment Partners) specifies that Impax will ultimately manage €150m, with an initial tranche of €50m, and that the balance will be allocated at the discretion of the client. Ian Simm, Chief Executive of Impax, commented: "We are very pleased to have secured this important mandate, which was tendered in a competitive process. Impax continues to build its reputation as the leading investment manager dedicated to the rapidly expanding environmental sector.
